It used to be that in order to achieve maximum level of comfort and relaxation in your living room you had to have a big bulky recliner. And while some people still prefer the look and feel of a big bulky recliner, it’s not actually necessary. Thanks to companies such as Natuzzi, who makes Natuzzi Editions brand furniture, you can achieve this same level of no matter what your style preferences are. They have made their reclining features available in their recliners, armchairs, and even their sofas. They’ve even made it so that you don’t have to have the reclining furniture set so far from the wall to avoid damaging it. Their pieces recline straight down or even away from the wall. To learn more about these features, and to feel the comfort difference in these pieces you can visit the Peerless Furniture store in Fairview Heights, IL. There you will find the best deals on St. Louis reclining sofas and more.
As mentioned in a previous article there is the dorsal pressure reclining feature. There are other reclining features as well. Reclining with the use of an external handle is probably the one you’d be most familiar with. Any older, traditional recliner would use such a function. The extension mechanism is located on the outside of the armrest, on the side of the chair. By pulling the handle you cause the footrest to raise and the chair to assume the reclined position. You can further recline by pushing backward on your trunk towards the backrest. You can then return it to the upright position by moving your trunk forward and applying pressure to the footrest with your legs until it is secured back into place. If by chance you’ve purchased a Natuzzi Editions sofa with this type of reclining mechanism it would be located between the cushions.
